Individual VS Groups registrations:

1. Individual registrations are accepted but have lower priority than group registrations (3 to 4 players).
2. The academy strives to form homogeneous groups, but by registering individually, you accept the risk of joining a slightly mixed-level group.
3. Reorganization may occur at the start or during the cycle if needed.

Payement:

1. Payment is required at the time of registration.
2. No payement = no registration

Refund Policy

1. Cancellation more than 1 month before start: 30% admin fee retained.
2. Cancellation between 30 and 1 day before start: 50% admin fee retained.
3. Cancellation or dropout after the course starts: no refund, even with a medical certificate.
4. Missing one or more sessions: non-refundable, even with a medical certificate.
5. Replacement is possible with a person of the same level, subject to academy approval and payment.

Replacements:

Participants may be replaced temporarily or permanently, provided:

1. The replacement has a compatible level.
2. The academy is informed in advance via email.
3. For permanent replacement, the new participant pays the remaining sessions.

Lesson organization:

1. Schedules, locations and coaches may occasionally change.
2. Teaching materials are provided, but each player is responsible for their own equipment (racket, clothes, shoes).
3. Group reorganization may occur during the cycle if needed.
4. ​A camp or group lesson cannot be cancelled less than 48 hours in advance. In that case, the lesson/camp is considered as having taken place.

Safety, insurance and liability:

1. Participants must have civil liability insurance.
2. A sports accident insurance is also recommended.
3. Gala Padel Spirit declines all responsibility in case of injury, loss or theft.
4. Minors must be accompanied to the courts and picked up on time.
5. Parental consent and emergency contact details are required for minors.

We will do our best to find you a suitable group and time slot based on the availability of our coaches.

To increase your chances of getting a spot, we recommend registering as a group of 3 or 4 players.
